Workshops and Retreats
More Than Speaking is a holistic approach that includes breathing, phonation, resonance, dynamics, and nonverbal communication such as posture, eye contact and gestures. It develops awareness of how vocal frequencies energize the body, influence emotional balance, and activate memories, beliefs and imagination. Speakers learn how to use the voice to transform physical, emotional and mental states so that what they are expressing aligns with their true intentions and values. Because the practice refines deep and embodied listening, they also learn to hear subtle frequencies in others’ voices. This supports clearer understanding, deeper compassion and wiser questioning.
Sessions may be scheduled for a half day, full day, weekend, or 5-day week.
