I refer you to Richard Miller’s books THE STRUCTURE OF SINGING and TRAINING THE TENOR VOICE. Essentially, you do the same exercises you do for any high notes, only you use the false vocal cords. You will find them much easier, notice that you need less air and feel a shift in the sensations of resonance in the head and face. All of this will be relative to the quality of how well developed your full voice is and how successfully you can shift your reflexes between the two.
